Project overview
Monsoon Fiesta is the National Institute of Design’s annual month-long celebration featuring teams from Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Foundation, and Alumni. It includes events such as Paint the BBC, 24 Hour Installations, Inhabit BBC, Sports, and Dance Dance. We designed the visual identity for the festival, shaping its overall look and presence.
The logo was designed to represent movement and rebellion. The wordmark twists and bends, reflecting control, disruption, and creativity. Hidden within it is F1E57A, leetspeak for “FIESTA”, referencing digital underground culture. The logo was designed to feel dynamic, playful, and full of energy.
This project was in collaboration with Ayush “Ash” Patil, Bharat M E, Bhavya Sharma, Harshini P Rajan, Nayana R Nair, S S Devajith.
